I need to choose between an apartment or loft in downtown Dallas

I looked at a loft and apartment in downtown Dallas last week and I can't decide between them. I have been living in downtown Dallas with my parents and it is time for me to be out on my own. I like living in downtown Dallas. There are pros and cons to both the apartment and the loft in downtown Dallas. I do know I want to continue to be living in downtown Dallas I just don't know where. I think that I will have to make a list of the pros and cons for the apartment and loft in downtown Dallas and hopefully that will help with my decision.
